Our company mainly manufactures plastic molds, injection molding, and metal products. Plastic is mainly used for cosmetics, lighting, daily necessities, medical, automotive accessories, electrical appliances, and various plastic products. The main metals are aluminum alloy and zinc alloy.

Our company's mold manufacturing department has 20 people and a monthly output of over 50 sets of molds. We use advanced CAD, UG, and CAM technologies for the design and processing of complete sets of molds. We have more than 20 CNC, numerical control machine tools, electric discharge machines, and milling machines, and more than ten injection molding machines in the injection molding workshop, equipped with a fully mechanized dust-free workshop.

The production process of plastic molds is as follows:

1. During injection molding, the mold is clamped onto the injection molding machine, and the molten plastic is injected into the molding cavity and cooled to shape inside the cavity.

2. Separate the upper and lower molds, and use the ejection system to eject the product from the mold cavity and leave the mold.

3. The mold is closed again for the next injection molding, and the entire injection molding process is cyclical.

As a tool for producing plastic products, plastic molds consist of several sets of parts, each with a molding cavity inside. In industrial production, plastic molds can be used to shape metal or non-metal materials into desired parts or products through pressure.

Factors affecting the production of plastic molds

1. Typing surface

When the mold is closed, the concave and convex molds cooperate with each other.

2. Structural components

They are the slider, inclined top, straight top block, etc. of complex molds.

3. Mold accuracy

Including card avoidance, precise positioning, guide posts, positioning pins, etc.

4. Pouring system

Located between the injection molding machine nozzle and the mold cavity, it consists of a main channel, a branch channel, a gate, and a cold material cavity.

5. Other

The shrinkage rate of plastics and various factors that affect the dimensional accuracy of products, such as mold manufacturing and assembly errors, mold wear, etc. In addition, when designing compression molds and injection molds, the matching of the molding machine's process and structural parameters should also be considered.
