Production method

4. Slowly pour the prepared adhesive along a fixed injection point and shake it from time to time to remove any air inside.

5. After 60 minutes of complete curing, surround the area with wooden strips, leaving a 4cm gap, and remove the original wooden strips.

6. Mix 1000g of gypsum powder with water and inject it into the wooden frame until it is filled (the wooden frame should be divided into two parts with plastic sheets for easy demoulding).

7. After 20 minutes, remove the wooden strips and the mold is completed.

Note:

1. The amount of curing agent added should depend on the temperature, and it decreases when the temperature is high. Excessive use of curing agent can cause the mold to harden and become brittle; Insufficient use of curing agent will prolong the operation time.

2. To prevent changes in the physical properties of the mold silicone, it is recommended not to add silicone oil.

3. In order for your mold to achieve optimal performance, please store it for at least 24 hours before use.
